Suspect Wanted For Shooting At Scott Deputies…Shot And Killed During Manhunt

A day long manhunt in Scott County Virginia for a suspect who shot at deputies, has ended in dramatic fashion with deputies shooting and killing the suspect. Timothy Manuel was being pursued for possible DUI, when he refused to stop. When Manuel finally did stop he got out of his vehicle and opened fire on deputies. Local and state authorities converged on an area on Roberts Creek Road where the manhunt came to an end as Deputies shot and killed Manuel. No deputies were injured and no further information is known at this time
