Ballad Health Nurses To Receive Ten Million Dollars In Annual Raises

If your a Ballad Health nurse in the Tri Cities or Southwest Virginia, you will be receiving part of a ten million dollar investment the health care company is giving its nurses in salary increases. Beginning June 23rd, acute care registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants in some cases will be receiving the raises. Ballad Health officials say the investment in salary increases could not have occurred without the recent merger between Mountain States Health Alliance and Wellmont Health System.
