Water Line Replacement to Affect Traffic Near Elizabethton Veterans Memorial Beginning Monday

Beginning Monday, crews in Elizabethton will replace water lines near the Carter County/Elizabethton Veterans Memorial.

This project is expected to cause lane closures and detours around the monument and along North Main Street in front of the Carter County Courthouse. Work begins at 8:00 A.M. Monday and those traveling around the construction site will be alerted by flaggers and signage.

Work on water line replacement will carry on until completion.
