Three Chicago Area Residents Arrested For Credit Card Fraud In Kingsport

Three people from the Chicago area have been arrested in connection with fraudulent activities on multiple Eastman Credit Union accounts in Kingsport. Keana Smith, Shalonda Hilderbrand and Lewis Blake all, from Chicago were arrested after being identified by surveillance video. Police believe the trio is part of a larger group stealing credit card information. All three were being held at the Kingport City Jail.
