Wanted Felon Captured Living In Russell County Tent

A man originally described as armed and dangerous, who has eluded Scott County authorities is apprehended by local police after being found living in a tent in Russell County. Frederick Wayne Martin was wanted on multiple charges and was found by local investigators inside a tent off Utah Lane in Russell County. Scott County deputies had been looking for Martin for at least a week.
