Three Arrested After Child Found In Shed

Three people involved in a case of a ten year old child found in a shed with drug paraphernalia will now appear in criminal court . Travis Ketron, Antony Smith and Rachel Schank were arrested on multiple charges including child neglect. The child was found when Kingsport police went to conduct a welfare check after a child was seen defecating in the backyard of a home. Inside the shed, the child was discovered with drug paraphernalia, a mattress and only jugs of water.
