Fetus Discovered At Johnson City Waste Water Treatment Facility

A human fetus has been found at the Johnson City Waste Water Treatment Facility on Riverview Drive. Police say the fetus was found by workers on Saturday morning in the intake area that serves the Science Hill High School and Sinking Creek communities. An autopsy is being performed while law enforcement continue to seek the identity of the mother to ensure her safety and wellbeing.
