Kingsport Police Apprehend “Serial Stalker”

The Kingsport Police Department have apprehended a wanted man name Albert Toronjo. The 67-year-old was wanted on two counts of aggravated stalking. According to police he is currently being held in the Hawkins County Jail. In a Twitter release by the Church Hill Police, they thank the public and local media outlets in a joint effort help to capture Toronjo, who is an alleged “serial stalker.”
