Teenager Found Living In Deplorable Conditions…Homeowner Arrested On Numerous Charges

A teenager who was discovered living in deplorable conditions in a Washington County, Tennessee home has led to the arrest of the homowner on numerous charges. 26 year old Jason Maxwell Wells, of Jonesborough is charged with child abuse and neglect earlier this week after the sheriff’s officials found rotting food and other unfit living conditions in the home he shared with the juvenile. Wells also faces theft of service after police say he was stealing electricity from a neighbor. He is also facing drug charges for possession of more than seven grams of methamephetamine.
