Female Victim Shot in Jaw by Stray Bullet from Upstairs Apartment

According to a report from the Bristol, Tennessee Police Department a female victim was struck in the jaw by a bullet fired through the floor and ceiling of an upstairs apartment in the 1200 block of Broad Street. The woman was able to call 911 and is currently being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
