I-81 Crash Near Bristol Regional Medical Center Claims One Life

A crash on Interstate 81 near the Bristol Regional Medical Center has claimed the life of one person.

The investigation into the crash remains in it’s early stages, but Police say the car was traveling in the northbound lane when it ran off the roadway, overturned and landed on Walnut Hill road.

It was a single vehicle wreck causing one fatality. The investigation is ongoing.
