Southwest Virginia Teenager Dies While Trying Stunt On Moving Vehicle

A fifteen year old teenage boy is dead after being run over while trying to hood surf on a road in Washington County, Virginia. A sixteen year old female driver has been cited for reckless driving when the boy climbed out of the car and onto the top of the vehicle in an attempt to hood surf. The teen slid off the hood and the female driver was unable to stop in time,,,striking and killing the boy.
