Tennessee Looking For New Company To Provide Tests For State’s Students

Stating that teachers, students and families deserve a testing process they can have confidence in, the Tennessee Department of Education is announcing new bids for the state’s testing vendor. The State will release a new request for a proposal to find a new company that can successfully administer the tests in 2019-2020. This years tests were plagued by several problems including website outages and a possible cyber attack. The state’s current contract with Questar will be amended to improve those tests for this year.
