Shooting in Kingsport Now Under Investigation by Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office

A shooting that happened over the weekend in Kingsport is now under investigation by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office.

On Saturday, the sheriff’s office reported that the shooting occurred approximately 10 P.M. on a private drive called Princess Grove.

A man reported to police that he had been shot in the leg. The man was taken to the hospital according to the sheriff’s office and had no life-threatening injuries. The man’s condition and name have yet to be released.
