Virginia Pharmacy Board Issues Applications for Cannabis Oil Dispensaries

Southwest Virignia received nine Cannabis applications after the Vrignia Board of Pharmacy reviewed the issue.

A new state law paved the path for Virginia to supply each of the the five health service districts with a medical cannabis oil dispensary.

Our portion of the state is area 3. It includes Martinsville, Salem, Roanoke, Martinsville, Bristol and all of Southwestern, Va.

Dharma Pharmaceuticals plans to grow Cannabis and process the necessary chemical known as Cannabidol. They intend to establish manufacturing facilities on property at the once Bristol Mall and in Russell County.
