Johnson City Woman Stabs Husband

A Johnson City woman is behind bars after police say an argument escalated to the point that she stabbed her husband.

47-year-old Cynthia Morris and her husband were at their home on Sequoya Drive when Morris grabbed a knife from the the kitchen and stabbed her husband in the leg.

She has been charged with aggravated assault. Morris is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
