Johnson City Woman Accused Of Stealing Money From Deceased Family Member

A Johnson City woman will appear in court today after being accused of stealing money from a deceased family members bank account. 30 year old Keisha Nicole Willinghame was arrested and is now charged with theft of property over one thousand dollars. The illegal activity took place shortly after the victim’s death. Theres charges were placed against Willingham while she is in jail on another charge. The matter was brought to the attention of police by a family member.
