Board Of Regents Names Flora, New NESCC President

It’s official, Dr. Bethany Flora is the next president of Northeast State Community College in Blounville. The Tennessee Board of Regents named Flora, who currently serves as executive director of the Community College Leadership Center at ETSU. Dr. Flora holds a PhD in higher education administration, a Masters degree in organizational management and a Bachelors in Business and public administration.
