Kentucky Woman Killed In Scott County Traffic Crash

Police have released the name of the woman killed in a Scott County traffic crash over the weekend. 52 year old Tammy Boyd of Morehead, Kentucky was killed when the Toyota she was a passenger in pulled into the path of an oncoming vehicle on route 23 at the intersection of route 871. The adult male driver of the Toyota was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries. Neither person was wearing a seat belt.
