Kingsport Family Displaced After House Fire

A Kingsport family is safe, but are left without a home after a Wednesday afternoon house fire on Charles Street. The fire was reported just before one thirty Wednesday and firefighters found the home with heavy smoke coming out of the first floor. Fireman battled to contain the blaze to that section of the home.No injuries were reported, the fire is under investigation and the American Red Cross is assisting the displaced family.
