Hawkins County Man Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault…All Caught On Camera

Home video survelliance footage has shown a Hawkins County man brutally assaulting a Rogersville woman. Police say Paul Douglas Garland was seen attacking a 69 year old woman and left her laying in the floor with her shoulder broken in five places, a broken hip, and broken pelvis. Garland has been charged with one count of aggravated domestic assault after the footage was viewed by Hawkins County investigators.
