Johnson City Woman In Jail after Stealing Boyfriend’s Truck
A Johnson City woman is behind bars after police say she stole a pickup truck which was later found to be in her boyfriend’s backyard.
Heather Honey Collins, 34, was arrested after an investigation into a stolen 1994 Ford F-150 that was taken from the John Sevier Center on East Market Street.
The truck was supposedly found in the backyard of her boyfriends house in the Lynn Garden part of Kingsport. Collins is being held in the Washington County Detention Center.
