Scammers are mimicking Bristol Tennessee Essential Services phone recordings and phone numbers in an elaborate scam . Phone calls to customers of BTES indicate the scammers tell customers their power will be cut off unless they obtain a prepaid money card and then call them back with the financial information. Company officials are telling customers to verify the authenticity of their accounts and to never give out important identification facts over the phone.
