Woman’s Body Found in Greene County
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office has reported the discovery of the body of a woman missing since Saturday evening.
48-year-old Stephani Krawchuck was reported missing after she did not return from a walk near the Nolichucky River along Asheville Highway.
A search of the area found Krawchucks body close to the river.
The sheriff’s says an autopsy will be conducted but at this time fould play is not suspected.
