Carter Man Facing Multiple Sex Crimes Against Child, Gets Public Defender

And a man facing multiple sex crimes in Carter County now has a public defender. 29 year old Joshua Herman was arrested last December after a woman told police she found sexually explicit photos of her child on her boyfriend’s phone. Herman is now facing two counts of raping a child and five counts of aggravated sexual battery. Herman is schedule for a court hearing on June 10 and remains jailed in Carter County
