Tazewell County Daughter And Mother Charged With Child Cruelty Charges Due To Bite Marks On Toddler

A Tazewell County daughter and her mother have been charged with child cruelty charges after a one year old boy was found with more than 25 bite marks on his body. A complaint was filed against 25 year old Isabella Mattie Nunn, and her 58 year old Mother, Connie Lee Nunn after the toddler received another bite mark to the face. Authorities then conducted a welfare check and discovered an eight month old baby with a bite mark to his arm. Police say the pair allowed the biting to continue without getting help from DSS or health officials. Both women are scheduled for plea hearings in Tazewell County Circuit Court.
