Traffic Stop Leads To Ohio Couple’s Arrest On Drug And Child Neglect Charges

Scott County Virginia authorities have charged an Ohio couple with child neglect and endangerment after a traffic stop revealed large amounts of drugs and more than 19 thousand dollars in cash. Christopher Steven Bray and Lacee Seymour, of Bainbridge Ohio were arrested after they were stopped for reckless driving. During the traffic stop, deputies and K-9 officer Apache discovered large rolls of cash totaling nineteen thousand seven hundred dollars as well as methamphetamine and another powdery substance. Bray’s nine year old son was in the vehicle at the time of stop. Bray and Seymour are being held in the Duffield Regional Jail.
