JCPD: Cordova, TN Man Arrested Allegedly in Possession of Stolen Vehicle out of Nashville

A West Tennessee man is arrested in Johnson City after police found him to be in possession of a stolen vehicle.

Cody Hailstock, 23, is facing a possession of stolen vehicle charge. Authorities say they located Hailstock near the Johnson City Municipal Building Monday, and found him to be acting suspicious. They then discovered he was in possession of a stolen vehicle reported out of Nashville. Hailstock was arrested and taken to the Washington County Detention Center where he was held on a $5,000 bond.

He was scheduled to be arraigned in court Tuesday.
