Bristol Tennessee Board of Education to offer contract to new Director of Schools

The Bristol Tennessee Board of Education has a special called meeting scheduled for Thursday to officially offer a contract to the district’s next Director of Schools Tom Sisk.

The board voted unanimously a week ago to begin negotiations with Sisk following an open interview. He currently serves as Superintendent of Schools for Limestone County, Alabama and has been an educator for 32 years. Sisk will succeed Gary Lilly who departed Bristol for a similar post in Collierville, Tennessee.
