GUILTY: Elizabethton Man Sentenced to Three and a Half Years on Child Sexual Exploitation Charges

An Elizabethton man who pleaded guilty to 15 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor is sentenced to three and a half years in prison.

Richard Wayne York, 38, appeared before a judge in Carter County Criminal Court Wednesday, and entered a guilty plea to 15 of the 30 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Court documents say the 15 other counts, some out of Washington County, were dismissed.
