SC Real Estate Developer and Bristol Hotel Developer Has 2017 Charge Dropped

A Greenville, South Carolina real-estate developer, who helped develop the Bristol Hotel has had a sexual criminal conduct charge against him dropped.

A lawsuit launched last November claimed Marcus McCall was accused of drugging a woman and raping her during an incident in October of 2017, but according to public index records in South Carolina, the charge was dropped last Friday due to insufficient evidence. McCall is launching a counterclaim against the woman.

He is the owner of McCall Capital LLC.
