VA Lottery: Hurley, VA Wins Over $53,000 on Rolling Jackpot Ticket

A Buchanan County, Virginia man wins over $53,000 after he plays a game from the Virginia lottery.

Richie Blankeship struck gold after purchasing and winning on the “Print n Play Rolling Jackpot” game. Blankenship purchased a ticket from a Food City in Vansant, VA. The Rolling Jackpot is an instant win game, and the odds of winning the top prize is 1 in 240,000. Blankenship is a retired school administrator and says he has no immediate plans on spending his winnings.
