Owner of Horse that recently found horse shot dead in Greene County Offering $5,000 Reward for Info Leading to Arrest

An owner who’s horse was recently found shot to death in a wooded area in Mosheim is offering $5,000 leading to the arrest of the person responsible.

The Greene County Criminal Investigations Division reports earlier this month, an individual who reported his horse had went missing for a week had found his horse dead from an apparent gun shot wound to the shoulder.

Anyone with information on this incident should contact the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.
