Series of Crashes In Northeast Tennessee Leaves Eight Dead During Holiday Travel Period
It’s been an especially deadly extended holiday travel period on Northeast Tennessee roadways as eight people have died in a series of car crashes pushing the total number of fatalities in Tennessee to eleven hundred this year. Two crashes occurred in Church Hill, leaving two dead, two others died in a crash in Carter County, three were killed in a mishap in Unicoi County and one died in a crash in Kingsport.
