Deceased individual located in trailer following medical and fire call Friday morning in Kingsport

One deceased person has been located in Kingsport following a medical and fire call Friday morning.

According to Barry Brickey with the Kingsport Fire Department, crews were called to a home on Snaps Ferry Road around 8:30. When officials arrived, they found a trailer with an extinguished fire and a deceased occupant.

The incident is currently under investigation. Sullivan County EMS, Kingsport Police, and Kingsport Fire Department responded to the call.
