Johnson City Man Arrested On 4th DUI, Felony Charge

A Johnson City man is arrested on his 4th DUI Felony offense after Carter County authorities stopped the man for speeding. 56 year old Robert J. Frost was clocked going 68 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone and was pulled over by Carter County Sheriffs officials on State Route 91. Frost’s license were already revoked for DUI and deputies also learned Frost had three prior DUI arrests, making this latest offense a Felony. An intoximeter test was administered and found Frost’s Blood Alcohol Level was twice the legal limit. Frost was then booked into the Carter County Jail.
