For the next six to eight weeks, to protect both employees and residents, Kingsport City Hall and all public facing departments will cease direct interaction with the public. This includes Kingsport City Hall’s Customer Service, Building, Development Services, and Code Enforcement as well as Sullivan County offices located in City Hall.
