Rogersville Woman Arrested With Drugs After Traffic Stop In Kingsport

A Rogersville woman is arrested after the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and Narcotics Unit received information the woman would be delivering drugs in the Lynn Garden community of Kingsport. Investigators learned that 36 year old Natasha Newberry would be driving a white Chrysler 300. Officers observed the car and conducted a traffic stop which revealed several different narcotics, along with methamphetamine as well as approximately 12 grams of pot. Newberry, who had a warrant out for her arrest was also found in possession of drug paraphernalia and more than 24 hundred dollars in cash. Newberry was arrested and released after posting a 25 thousand dollar bond.
