All Virginia Public And Private Schools To Reopen This Fall, But With Heavy Restrictions

All southwest Virginia school systems as well as the rest of the Commonwealth school systems will reopen for students the next academic year…but the format for learning will look much different. Most of Virginia is already in phase two for reopening. School schedules will look different, and will be staggered, along with other strict guidelines. Phase two instruction will begin with small groups for students with disabilities with expansion to include Pre-K through third grade. Phase three will allow all schools to shift to in person instruction for all students with strict social distancing guidelines.
