New Health And Safety Measures To Greet UVA Wise Students This Fall
University of Virginia’s at Wise officials say they are eager to welcome residential students returning for the fall 2020 semester. Those students will be greeted with a host of enhanced health and safety measures in place to stem the spread of COVID-19. One major adjustment is a staggered move in day, spread out over a five day period. Some residential students will begin moving in August 5th, while others will arrive at various times until August 11th. The move in schedules are staggered to allow for social distancing. Another safety measure includes the use of Martha Randolph Hall as a quarantined location in the event a student is exposed to the virus.
