Town of Greeneville heading back to phase 1 of reopening plan next Monday

A recent surge in COVID-19 cases in Greene County is prompting Town of Greeneville officials to revert back to phase 1 of its reopening plan next Monday.

Beginning next week, a news release from the town says Town Hall and EastView Recreation Center will close, but services will be offered by appointment, online, and by phone. As of Wednesday, Greene County has 38 active cases.
