City Manager Urging Race Fans To Wear Masks At Next Weeks NASCAR Race
Bristol, Virginia City Manager Randall Eads says in a letter on Friday, the City of Bristol has the opportunity to showcase Bristol Motor Speedway when it hosts the NASCAR All Star Race next week and is encouraging everyone to wear a mask.
Eads says Bristol has the chance to show the sports world, nationally, and internationally, how to hold a large sporting event with spectators without running the risk of increasing the spread of COVID-19. Eads goes on to say in the letter, the easiest way to stop the spread of the virus is by wearing a mask.
