In the midst of rising COVID-19 numbers in the Northeast Tennessee region, Tennessee’s rural county health departments continue providing services and are reminding residents of the importance of maintaining routine health care, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Health officials in the region say they are ready and eager to provide crucial services and for residents to not ignore needed health care in fear of COVID-19. Among the services offered by rural county health departments include, Immunizations, Family Planning, screenings, as well as testing and treatments.
