NEW: Mask mandate at Virginia ABC stores begin Monday

Those who want to purchase alcohol at one of the more than 300 Virginia ABC stores must wear a face covering for entry as the agency imposes a mask mandate statewide beginning Monday.

Disposable masks will be provided to customers who do not have one as the Commonwealth continues to try and flatten the curve of COVID cases.

Virginia ABC modified operating schedules last month by opening at noon seven days a week. Those retailers still provide contactless, curbside pick-up at most locations if orders are placed online.
