One Killed, Three Injured In Washington County Virginia crash

A Washington County Virginia, single vehicle crash has claimed the life of a Marion Virginia woman, and seriously injures two passengers. Virginia State Police responded to the crash in the Emory Community of Washington County on Itta Bena Road Thursday night around ten thirty. 20 year old Gracie L. Dimit, a passenger in the vehicle died at the scene after the 2003 Honda Pilot left the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle was occupied by a driver and three passengers when it crashed less than a mile north of College Drive. The Driver and remaining two passengers were transported to Bristol Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. The crash remains under investigation by Virginia State Police.
