Bristol Man Arrested For Attempting To Meet Minor For Sex

A Bristol Tennessee man is jailed after being arrested on statutory rape charges involving a minor. 23 year old Koeby Edward Dixon of Bristol was arrested after the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into allegations Dixon had contacted a sixteen year old juvenile in an attempt to have sex. Investigators began texting Dixon with the victim’s phone. Dixon, agree to meet with, who he thought was the sixteen year old but instead was texting investigators with the sheriff’s department and agreed to meet at a location. Dixon was then arrested and is incarcerated at the Sullivan County jail on additional charges including two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor.
