Deputies Conduct Search Warrant…Convicted Rogersville Felon In Custody Again
A convicted felon is back in custody after Hawkins County Sheriff’s Deputies successfully executed a search warrant at his Rogersville home. 41 year old Jonathan James Gilley was arrested at his 151 Gilliam Road home, where he was apprehended. Following a search, authorities discovered a semi automatic pistol, a clear crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine, digital scales, used hypodermic needles and a marijuana pipe with pot inside it. Gilley is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of schedule six drugs, possession of Methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia.
