Traffic Stop Leads To Auto Theft Suspect Arrest in Johnson City

A traffic stop in Johnson City conducted on a vehicle that was reported stolen leads to the arrests of two individuals. Johnson City Police arrested 30 year old Jessic A.Killion of Teleford after police spotted a vehicle on West Market Street that was reported missing. Investigators revealed Killion as the suspect listed in the original police report. 31 year old Robert A Harris, who was driving the vehicle is charged with driving on revoked license and simple possession of Methamphetamine. Killion was transported to the Washington County Detention Center and was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in General Sessions Court.
