BCPS: Staff member at Riverview Elementary/Middle School tests positive for COVID-19, school to go fully remote through Oct. 23

Buchanan County, Va Schools report a staff member at Riverview Elementary/Middle School has tested positive for COVID-19.

The school system says Riverview will move to full virtual learning starting today through Oct. 23, before returning to in-person learning on Oct. 26.

Contact tracing is underway to those who may have been exposed to the case. All other schools in the district will operate on a normal schedule.
