Johnson City Police Investigate Apparent Murder Suicide

Johnson City Police are investigating the shooting deaths of a male and female found in the 400 block of an East Unaka Avenue residence Wednesday morning. Police say the bodies of 20 year old Grant Kloosterman and 20 year old Samantha Areas were both found in a bedroom and were pronounced dead at the scene from an apparent murder suicide. The bodies were transported to the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center for autopsies.
